About This Position
At Daxko, our sales team plays a key role in helping organizations build healthier, stronger communities. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the center of that impact—turning data into insight, improving how our teams work, and helping drive smarter decisions across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimizing systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to make a real difference in how sales organizations operate and grow.
- Become a trusted expert in our sales tools (including Outreach, LeanData, and Gong), helping the team get the most out of our systems through thoughtful recommendations and support
- Build and deliver reports and dashboards that bring clarity to performance and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate, high-quality sales data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership
- Identify and drive improvements in workflows, reporting structures, and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Partner with Sales, Business Systems, and Marketing to ensure our tools, data, and processes are aligned and effective
- Support forecasting and performance tracking by analyzing trends and surfacing recommendations
- Troubleshoot system or process issues and help keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Participate in occasional internal meetings, with limited travel as needed
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you enjoy working across teams and building relationships
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, with the ability to stay focused and organized
- A high level of attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence
- Sound business judgment and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
- Familiarity with sales funnel metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Experience working with a CRM system
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards
- Background in the health and wellness industry
