We are seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial HVAC Installer to support the growth and scalability of our installation department. This role is focused on the proper installation, replacement, and commissioning of HVAC systems across residential and light commercial applications.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations. This position requires strong technical execution, the ability to work efficiently in the field, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, mini-splits, and light commercial rooftop units.

Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment, including air handlers, condensers, ductwork modifications, and related components.

Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation and performance.

Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and scope of work to execute installations accurately.

Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.

Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after installation.

Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure a positive experience.

Document completed work, materials used, and job details accurately in ServiceTitan.

Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse (if applicable), and leadership to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean, organized, and job-ready condition.

Identify potential issues in the field and escalate appropriately to leadership when needed.

Support and mentor junior installers or helpers to improve overall team performance and efficiency.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service and installation.

- EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both residential and commercial systems.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work at heights, and operate power/hand tools safely.

- Competitive hourly base pay - (based on experience)

- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week (non-exempt position).
