Maintenance Technician in Rice Lake, Wisconsin at FG Products Inc

FG Products is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and keep production running smoothly. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across a variety of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues.

* Perform preventive maintenance.

* Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
*Work through maintenance backlog.

* Document work in CMMS (Fiix).

* Support reliability improvements.

Equipment and Systems:

* CNC Equipment

* Vacuum systems and pumps

* Heat seal and foam processing equipment

* Fiberglass manufacturing equipment

Required Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

* Strong mechanical troubleshooting

* Basic electrical knowledge

* Ability to work independently

* Strong safety mindset with strict LOTO adherence

Preferred Qualifications:

* CNC experience

* PLC troubleshooting

* CMMS experience
