About This Position

About Sanctum

Sanctum is a therapist-centered pediatric therapy company built on excellence, integrity, and the belief that great clinicians deserve world-class operational support. Our mission is to create a safe place- a sanctum- for patients, families, and the clinicians who serve them. We move quickly, operate with ownership, and stay relentlessly focused on doing the right thing.

Position Summary

The Operations Associate is the entry-level gateway to the operations team at Sanctum. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow fast, contribute meaningfully, and eventually take on leadership within a high-performing organization. You will learn the full scope of our operational systems, support branch performance, solve problems before they become problems, and help execute the daily work that keeps Sanctum running smoothly.

This position is intentionally built with a rapid advancement track. High performers will quickly earn increasing responsibility, autonomy, and influence- often stepping into Operations Coordinator or Operations Manager roles far faster than at traditional healthcare companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily branch operations, ensuring therapists and directors have what they need to perform at their best.
- Assist with scheduling, patient onboarding workflows, and visit authorization processes.
- Monitor data trends, flag operational issues, and participate in root-cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards across branches.
- Work closely with directors to troubleshoot scheduling challenges, coverage needs, and communication gaps.
- Learn and support the full revenue cycle process from intake to billing submission.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems, processes, and therapist support programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to families, therapists, and referral sources.
- Serve as an internal culture-carrier—reliable, positive, and accountable.
- Provide translation services as needed.
