Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and execution-focused Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) to build and scale the data and operational infrastructure that powers our commercial engine.
This is not a traditional reporting role. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership while also owning hands-on execution inside systems. You will be responsible for designing how we operate — and actually building it.

You will work directly with the Head of Enterprise Accounts to translate business strategy into measurable execution and scalable systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Build and maintain core reporting across pipeline coverage and health, sales cycle velocity, same-store revenue growth, customer retention and churn, revenue per clinic and per account, and margin contribution by account
- Deliver actionable insights, not just data identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, surface risks in pipeline, retention, and expansion, and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Own data integrity and governance across CRM and reporting systems
- Build and maintain a repeatable, data-driven forecasting model
- Partner with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy, standardize pipeline stages and definitions, and ensure proper pipeline coverage
- Analyze conversion rates and pipeline movement to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Own and optimize CRM infrastructure (Salesforce proficiency is required)
- Design and implement workflows that improve sales efficiency, account visibility, expansion tracking, and reporting automation
- Identify and deploy AI tools and automation opportunities across forecasting, pipeline management, data enrichment, and reporting and insights generation
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend ways to modernize and scale the revenue engine
- Drive CRM discipline and adoption across the sales organization
- Establish scalable, repeatable processes that improve consistency and performance
- Build and manage executive reporting for monthly operating reviews, quarterly board materials, and executive dashboards
- Design KPI frameworks aligned to company priorities growth, margin, and customer retention
- Translate data into clear, executive-level narratives and recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales (Enterprise Accounts), Clinical Leadership, and Operations to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, service delivery performance, and customer outcomes
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- 3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
- Strong Salesforce experience (required) — including reporting, workflows, and system management
- Strong experience with various AI tools (examples include Notion AI, Claude, Zapier, Gong, Clari, Zime, Clay, Apollo, Replit, Octave)
- Experience implementing or working with automation and AI tools in a business context
- Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Working Conditions
- Fully remote position
- VCR provides required computer equipment and monitors and partial reimbursement for internet service. Employees must maintain stable high-speed internet and a professional home office environment with minimal background noise to ensure effective communication and productivity.
