About This Position
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for working on the powder coat line, racking and un-racking parts throughout the powder coat process. There will be additional material handling responsibilities assigned to this position as designated by the supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Check quality parts in accordance with standards when working with the product.
2. Ability to work in different areas within paint such as rack/un-rack, sanding, and painting.
3. Assist with moving finished goods in the production area to the designated area(s).
4. Ability to lift 50+lbs.
5. Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
1. Performing other duties as assigned.
2. Operates hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
Education & Experience:
1. High School diploma or GED
2. 1+ year of manufacturing experience
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Manual dexterity and strength required for operating machinery.
2. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required and basic computer literacy
3. Strong attention to detail; quality focused and a quick learner.

2. Compliance: Desire to act in accordance with policy, legislation or direction.
3. Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and uphold safety standards outlined by safety management.

5. Quality Control: Ability to establish a system of high standards and maintain thee standards by testing the output against the specification, despite pressing deadlines.
