JOB TITLE: Private Label Customer Service Representative

DEPARTMENT: Administration

REPORTS: Private Label Customer Service Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Corporate Campus, Conover N.C.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis.

SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative supports daily operational and administrative functions within the Private Label team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional and concentrated environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping, availability, production availability, price quotes, and order status.
  • Input repair orders using company software; input quotes and perform other data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong judgement in resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform all other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required; furniture manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills; strong attention to detail.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, as required to perform the essential functions of the position and interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across all organizational levels.
    • Able to work independently.
