Senior Product Specialist - REMOTE

This role plays a critical part in driving success within our sales and product development teams. By providing tailored demonstrations and engaging with prospects, you will bridge the gap between product functionality and client needs. Your expertise in banking environments will ensure that we continually evolve our offerings in line with market demands. Accountabilities- Lead prospect-specific inquiries related to product functionality for targeted user groups.
- Perform detailed, engaging product demonstrations tailored to client scenarios.
- Conduct both remote and in-person demo sessions with confidence and authority.
- Provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement of demonstration scenarios.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in lending, banking, and economic trends.
- Facilitate training webinars on new product features for internal teams.
- Maintain and update training materials for onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales members to align on technical requirements based on demos.
- Provide constructive feedback on the demo environment to meet industry standards.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability to build rapport across multiple teams, especially in sales.
- Adaptability to handle new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven knowledge and experience in banking and financial services.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to present to large audiences.
- Ability to react quickly to complex scenarios.
