Backed by dental professionals and designed for everyday practices, SmileSet empowers general dentists to offer patients a convenient, lower-cost alternative to traditional orthodontic treatment — all supported by SmileSet’s affiliated network of state licensed treating doctors.

We’re building a nationwide network of independent medical and dental advocates (sales representatives) to bring SmileSet into general dentistry offices across the U.S. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help scale a fast-growing, mission-driven brand in the digital health and dental innovation space.

Position Overview

As a SmileSet Advocate, you’ll serve as the face of our field expansion program — introducing SmileSet to general dentistry practices, training front-office staff on how to offer SmileSet’s free '3-Minute Smile Preview,' and helping offices become SmileSet-enabled locations.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who want to build recurring income while working flexible hours in their own territory.

Key Responsibilities
    Identify and onboard new general dental offices to the SmileSet Partner Program. Present SmileSet’s value proposition to practice owners and office managers. Train staff on how to promote and activate SmileSet’s 'Free Smile Preview' program. Ensure each office is equipped with marketing collateral and QR-coded tracking tools. Track and report office activity through SmileSet’s intake form. Gather field insights on patient interest, pricing feedback, and marketing opportunities. Serve as the local SmileSet liaison — maintaining strong relationships with offices to encourage steady activation and case flow.
Skills & Qualifications
    Experience in dental, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales, or experience calling on small businesses. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule. Comfortable explaining new digital health technologies in simple, practical terms. Organized and proficient in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and mobile reporting. Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to grow with a startup and shape a new channel from the ground up. Reliable transportation and willingness to visit local dental offices.
