Production ManagerFull Time • WA-Poulsbo-98370

Production Manager
Full Time | $85,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus Opportunities

About the role

As a Production Manager at Integrity Roofing and Construction, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing daily production operations and supporting the successful execution of roofing projects from kickoff through completion. This role focuses on supervising project managers, maintaining job readiness, ensuring safety processes are followed and documented, and helping resolve field and customer issues when they arise. You will play a strategic role in strengthening production performance, improving accountability across crews and project teams, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports operational consistency and quality service.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee daily production activities by ensuring crews are prepared each morning with the proper materials, equipment, documentation, and job assignments before leaving for project sites.
  • Supervise the Production team, including Production Coordinator, Production Engineer, and Project Managers and support the coordination of scheduling, field file review, job readiness, and overall production workflows to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Review project folders, contracts, deposits, estimates, engineering details, and material needs to confirm jobs were scoped and bid correctly before work begins.
  • Monitor safety processes by helping prepare weekly safety meetings, ensuring required documentation is completed, and supporting regular worksite safety check-ins and quality control follow-up.
  • Step in to address escalated field or customer issues, especially on larger, more complex, or sensitive projects that require additional leadership oversight.
  • Partner with internal teams including operations, finance, and marketing to support supplier coordination, inventory oversight, KPI reporting, and the collection of project photos and drone footage for special jobs.
What we're looking for

  • Proven leader who can bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experienced in roofing operations and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across crews, project managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator who can work effectively with field teams, office staff, customers, and leadership while handling feedback and resolving issues professionally.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to review job information carefully, spot gaps early, and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Comfortable working in an on-site leadership role with a consistent office presence, occasional field involvement, and after-hours responsiveness when escalations occur.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a strong plus, particularly for supporting safety coordination and working effectively with Spanish-speaking team members.
What you'll need

  • 5+ years of roofing industry experience, with strong production, project management, or field leadership knowledge
  • Prior experience leading teams, ideally including oversight of project managers, foremen, or similar operational roles
  • Strong understanding of roofing job flow, materials planning, estimating review, and project execution requirements
  • Working knowledge of jobsite safety expectations and the ability to support ongoing safety compliance and documentation processes
  • Experience using systems such as AccuLynx, JobNimbus, CompanyCam, or comparable construction and roofing platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret EagleView and/or RoofR reports confidently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including tools used for tracking, reporting, and communication
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to work a regular in-office schedule Monday through Friday with limited Saturday involvement as needed for escalations or crew support
At Integrity Roofing and Construction, we offer a hands-on leadership opportunity where you can make a direct impact on how production operates day to day. You'll join a team that is actively strengthening structure, accountability, and process across the business, giving you the chance to help shape how work gets done.
