Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a fast-paced, high-volume position responsible for data entry, maintaining detailed information in a transaction database, maintaining electronic deal files, and other tasks assigned to ensure compliance with established guidelines and consistency with company policies.
This position will have the following responsibilities for multiple offices in multiple states.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Transaction Data Entry & Maintenance
• Ensure accurate and complete information entry in the transaction database by extracting key deal information from leases, contracts, commission agreements, and related correspondence
• Ensure all required fields and data points are complete, accurate, and consistent with company standards
• Create and assist in maintaining organized electronic deal files in accordance with company policies and real estate compliance requirements
• Upload and properly label all relevant deal documentation
Broker Communication & Support
• Communicate with brokers and deal teams to obtain missing or clarifying transaction details as needed
• Follow up in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete and accurate deal entry
• Maintain clear documentation of communications related to transaction data
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
• Commercial real estate experience and/or transactional experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Salesforce experience helpful
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word - skills will be tested)
• Superior attention to detail and follow-through
• Organizational skills and efficiency essential
• Comfortable following established, structured processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately enter and manage data with high degree of consistency
• Manage priorities and high deal volume effectively
• Willingness to learn and grow within an operations-focused role
