Therapy Partners, Inc. is a PT-owned and operated managed services organization focused on supporting private practices in the PT, OT, and SLP fields. We are seeking Physical Therapists to join one of our member practices across locations in the Twin Cities metro, Duluth metro, and Greater Minnesota.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join one of our member practices. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment, and supporting patients in achieving their functional goals.

The Physical Therapist works collaboratively with patients, caregivers, providers, and clinic staff to deliver high-quality care in an efficient and professional manner. This position requires strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
  • Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care as appropriate
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and payer requirements
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and other members of the care team
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies to improve function and prevent injury
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
  • Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Basic proficiency with documentation systems and technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic or other relevant clinical experience
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Current CPR certification
