What You'll Do:

Responsible for the overall provision and success of all types of resident programs in the Reflections Memory Care NeighborhoodPlanning, directing, performing, facilitating and monitoring the Memory Care program Contribute to a positive resident experience by planning and facilitating activities that enrich their lives.

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience in an activity/programming-related position, preferably in memory care or experience as a home health aide
• Alzheimer's and dementia training are preferred
