PT of the City

PT of the City is a growing outpatient physical therapy network committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to help expand our referral network and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare referral sources.

• Promote PT of the City’s physical therapy services through in-person visits, calls, and presentations.

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities to support clinic growth.

• Represent PT of the City professionally at meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical, and Marketing teams to align sales efforts with service availability and clinic capacity.

• Monitor referral trends and provide regular performance updates to management.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

• Familiarity with healthcare or physical therapy services is a plus.
