What will I be doing?

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas)
• Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Deliver care according to the individualized care plan set by the Case Manager
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the office
• Accurately document care provided using agency systems and daily notes
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Participate in ongoing training and team communication initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, home care, or senior care required
• Experience assisting with ADLs and personal care
• Ability to cook, clean, and manage basic household tasks
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Background in nursing home, assisted living, or facility settings a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
