Position Description:
The Billing Manager general responsibilities include supervision and direction of the business office’s professional fee billing and cash application functions. They oversee and manage the daily operation of the billing office to ensure all charges are processed and billed accurately and in a timely manner. They also assume responsibility and accountability for managing and monitoring denials for third-party payers, as well as vendor denial management relations at Crouse Medical Practice.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business administration, or a related field required (or equivalent in professional experience)
- Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in physician practice plan, healthcare, or medical insurance environment
- At last 3 years supervisory or managerial experience and previous exposure to hospital or physician billing

Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
