Job Description
Purpose of this position:
This position involves meeting the public and directing them to proper staff members. Assist to ensure Outpatient Department functions to the benefit of the agency and clients. Responsible for handling all incoming registration calls and scheduling intake appointments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Medical insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to use common office equipment

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
Experience in behavioral health and/or primary care settings preferred
