Title: Executive Assistant Reports To: Chief of Staff
Primary Executive Supported: President & Chief Executive Officer
Location: Hybrid / Remote. Preferred locations - based in North Carolina, Georgia, Columbia, SC, or Tampa, FL.
Travel Requirement: Monthly travel to support in -person Board of Directors Meetings

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing high - level executive support to the President & Chief Executive Officer. The role ensures the President & CEOs time, priorities, communications, and interactions are managed with precision, discretion, and efficiency.
While this position reports to the Chief of Staff, the reporting relationship exists to optimize the logistical operations, coordination, and execution of the President & CEOs priorities. Secondarily, the role supports logistics for select members of the board & executive leadership team as needed to advance the President & CEOs strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- President & CEO Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Priority Management: Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing demands, and protect the President & CEOs time in alignment with established priorities.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate preparation, logistics, and follow-up for internal and external meetings involving the President & CEO.
- Communications: Draft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, talking points, and materials in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a list of priority contacts and arrange high - level engagements, such as dinners and lunches, with key constituents.
- Visibility Support: Orchestrate regular meetings with regulators, shareholders, and employees to support the President & CEO's presence and visibility.
- Chief of Staff Alignment: Coordinate closely with the Chief of Staff to track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups related to executive activities.
- Operational Discipline: Support process improvement regarding executive workflows, communications, and meeting cadences.
- Executive Team Support: Provide limited administrative support to the broader executive leadership team as required to advance the President & CEO's priorities.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in complex administrative support.
- Professionalism: High degree of discretion and confidentiality is essential, sound judgment, and executive-level presence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $ 60,000 - $ 85,000
The specific salary offer for the successful candidate will be determined based on several factors, including depth of relevant experience, specialized skills, and the primary work location (Tampa, Charlotte, Columbia, or Atlanta).
