Youll lead the way in managing marketing dashboards and reporting, ensuring our hospitality portfolio thrives on accurate insights and seamless reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, with 35 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
- Experience in the hospitality industry or multi-property management environment preferred
- Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design), and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization. Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred
- Experience managing Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform tools
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate (Microsoft Power Platform) for app development and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, marketing metrics, attribution models, and performance measurement
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Infrastructure Management
- Oversee and optimize data pipelines that support marketing analytics and reporting needs
- Implement data governance standards and best practices across all marketing data sources
- Implement website analytics tagging through Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly marketing performance reports and create interactive dashboards through Power BI, providing visibility into key marketing metrics and KPIs
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Establish and monitor benchmarks to track performance against goals and industry standards
Property Data Management
- Manage and maintain our property database through Power Apps, ensuring accuracy and completeness of property information across all systems
- Build and optimize automated workflows to streamline property data updates and processes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of property information
Ad Hoc Analysis
- Respond to data requests from marketing and executive leadership teams and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic marketing decisions
