Monarch Investment and Management Groupis looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Live on South Federal Apartments in Denver. We are offering up to $31/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, health insurance, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and free skiing.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 1+years' experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
- Some knowledge of Boilers and Forced Air
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
