Assembly Operator - S3 (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM; Monday - Thursday) in BALDWIN, Wisconsin at Vital Plastics LLC

Shift: S3 (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM; Monday - Thursday) including a 10% shift differential.

Position Purpose: The Assembly Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and performing manual manipulation of product within the specified cycle time.

• Operate Various Assembly Machines
• Understand the mechanics of various Assembly Machines (Air Guns, Rotary, Automatic Pre-Drive & Kitting Tools)
• Setup cell per work instructions
• Assemble parts to schedule
• Completes production documentation and reporting requirements
• Quality
• Use measuring tools for managing product quality within defined parameters of the standard work and quality documentation
• Communicate to Supervisor any defects or concerns with product
• Cleanliness
• Keep work area clean per company housekeeping standards
• Restock all packaging needed for jobs
• Safety
• Responsible to follow all safety requirements in regards to behavior and conditions. Report all safety non-adherences to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

• Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently
• Sit/Stand for most of the work shift
• Desired
• 2 Years Assembly Experience
• Knowledge of Visual Quality Discrepancies
• Delmiaworks (IQMS) ERP System Experience
