Supervisor’s Title: Vice President of Operations

Exempt Status: Non-Exempt

Location: Must be able to work at our Burnsville location

Compensation: The expected wage for this Minnesota-based position is between $19-$23 an hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and or experience. Basic Function:

The Assembler I position assembles and subassemblies complex catheter-based medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Essential Functions:

• Assembles parts by following manufacturing processes.
• Communicates assembly issues to production leader.
• Maintains clean and effective work area.
• Ensures all FDA, GMP, ISO and related regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience performing hand assembly of complex medical devices in a clean environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• · Ability to work effectively in high-demand situations.
• · Dependable and responsible for showing up to work for scheduled shifts.

Working Conditions

• Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.

• Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.

• Requires fingering, repetitive motion, taking and hearing.

• Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
