Core ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Act as the dedicated contact for assigned clients, maintaining consistent and responsive communication.
Account Supervision: Review account activity, monitor progress toward financial objectives, and confirm services are executed properly and on schedule.
Issue Resolution: Address questions or concerns efficiently, partnering with internal departments when coordination is required.
Record Maintenance: Document client updates, communications, and action steps with precision.
Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Previous experience in account management or a client-facing role is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and long-term relationships.
