We are seeking an experienced Deli employee to join our team at Rockland Bakery. You will oversee daily operations in a face paced deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, and a smooth and efficient operation. You will work with a team of deli associates, maintain inventory levels, and implement safety and sanitation standards. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, team management, and product knowledge. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and addressing concerns. You will be responsible to maintain a high standard of product quality, freshness, and presentation.
