Atlas Asset Management is a growing property management company, and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Tech to join our team at The Penleigh - Branson Row, a 324-unit apartment community located right on the Branson Strip. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner including repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and paint, while delivering excellent customer service to our residents. You'll work closely with our maintenance and office teams, keep property managers informed of any issues, and help ensure the property is well-maintained and our residents are taken care of.
