Now Hiring: Field Operations Specialist

AirGarage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
• Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
• Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management

Schedule & Availability:

• Shift availability varies between the hours of 6:00 AM 10:00 PM & 7 days a week
• Shifts are typically 8 hours, but vary depending on business needs
• Up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
• Prior experience in customer service, security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
