Operations Coordinator at FOCUS HR INC – Elk Grove Village, Illinois

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office and operational

functions within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for

coordinating internal communications, supporting administrative and operational

processes, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. The Operations

Coordinator will manage scheduling, office resources, documentation, and vendor

coordination while supporting compliance, safety standards and overall operational

efficiency. This role requires prior manufacturing experience and the ability to work

independently in a fast paced environment.

• Support daily operational and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and work independently
• Strong organizational,communication, and time management skills
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, safety procedures and operational terminology
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proactively identify administrative or operational needs and address them with minimal supervision
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations to support overall plant operations.
