We are a rapidly expanding restoration and contents division specializing in packout, inventory, cleaning, and storage of customer belongings following water, fire, mold, or other property losses. Our team works with care, precision, and professionalism to help families and businesses recover their valued items.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Packing/Cleaning Technicians to join our packout operations team.

The Packing/Cleaning Technician is a hands-on role responsible for packing, photographing, inventorying, and cleaning customer contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages.

This includes careful handling of personal belongings, accurate inventory tracking through digital systems, cleaning and restoring contents, organizing storage vaults, and assisting with on-site packouts.

Success in this role requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and professionalism when working in customer homes and businesses.

• Pack, wrap, and protect contents from damaged properties following company standards
• Photograph and document each item using digital inventory systems
• Clean and restore contents using approved methods and equipment
• Label boxes, bins, and storage vaults accurately for tracking and organization
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at job sites and company facilities
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Communicate professionally with customers during on-site packouts
• Work collaboratively with packout crews, drivers, and project managers

• Prior experience in restoration, contents packout, cleaning, moving, or warehouse work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured inventory procedures
• Comfortable working in damaged structures, tight spaces, and varying environmental conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred (if driving duties assigned)
• Strong organization skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use tablets, phones, or inventory software for documentation

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and move contents throughout the day
• Comfort working in hot, cold, wet, or smoky environments depending on job conditions
• Manual dexterity for wrapping, boxing, and handling delicate items
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy when labeling and documenting items

• $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience and Skill Level)
