Punch Out - New Construction at Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp – Riviera Beach, Florida

Mechanical Air Conditioning, a long-standing, family-owned business, is seeking a skilled New Construction Punch Out Technician to join our Residential HVAC Construction Team.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of HVAC installations, local codes and a commitment to excellence.

What you will do:

• Perform necessary repairs, adjustments or replacements to address punch-list items
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors and inspectors
• Maintain accurate documentation of punch-list items and completed work

What you need to succeed:

• 1 year of new construction HVAC punch out field experience is desired. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desired. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal is required
• Must have your own tools
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components and codes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, including active listening
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Background check and drug screen required
• Must be 21 to operate a company vehicle
• Must have a clean driving record
