Certified Medicine Aide at LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, Maryland

JOB SUMMARY: Assists resident with ADL, provides basic and more complex nursing care, and assists in maintaining a safe, clean therapeutic environment. Safely prepares, administers, and charts medication, oral , topical and suppository, non-narcotic drugs as ordered by the physician. Notifies the Nurse Manage or Director of Nursing of any medication discrepancies. Provides basic nursing care to patients.

REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. Less than 1 year of experience. Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification, Certified Medicine Aide Certification, American Heart Association CPR & First Aid Certification.
