Nurse Manager CCC/Telemetry 40hrs Days at MerrimackHealth – Methuen, Massachusetts

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

The Nurse Manager of CCC/Telemetry assumes responsibility for the day to day operations of the department. In collaboration with the Director of Inpatient Services, the Nurse Manager develops, implements nursing policy and practice utilizing evidence based practice to achieve quality outcomes and maintain standards of practice. The Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour accountability for management of the department in conjunction with the Director. The Nurse Manager fills in as an active clinical nurse when the need arises and is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process in accordance with standards of care and age specific category requirements.

Required:

- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school

- Current Massachusetts RN licensure.

- BSN required

- Minimum three years in-patient nursing experience in med/surg, telemetry or emergency

- Demonstrated skills required in patient care, leadership,

and interpersonal relationships.

-Minimum three years management experience preferred

-MSN preferred.
