We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Crew Operator to support our Drilled Shaft Operations team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment including:
• Skid steer
• Backhoe
• Water truck
• Mini excavator
• Assist with drilled shaft installation and related site preparation
• Follow direction from site supervision and work collaboratively with crew members
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations
• Perform duties in various weather conditions and during night shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency operating the listed equipment
• License: Valid CDL Class “A” with tanker endorsement (required)
• Certifications: OSHA/NCCO equivalent crane certification (preferred; earns additional hourly pay)
• Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments
• Work Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors year-round and during night shifts
• Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $28/hour starting rate
• Additional Pay: Crane certification earns extra hourly compensation
• Per Diem: Paid for travel assignments
