Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
Axon Medical Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Dallas team. This role will primarily support vestibular rehabilitation services, while assisting in the treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, and spine-related conditions.
We are committed to developing our team—training and support will be provided, especially for those interested in expanding their experience in vestibular rehab.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on patient care with a focus on vestibular rehabilitation
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT
Educate patients on exercises and home care instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and care
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation (training provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
