Job Description

Parkline Motors is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. We maintain strong inventory levels and consistent showroom traffic, giving our sales team the opportunity to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

This is a commission-based role for sales professionals who are motivated by performance and income potential. The right candidate is disciplined, organized, and able to manage the sales process from greeting the customer through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the buying process
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and showroom traffic
• Work with finance and sales management to finalize vehicle purchases
• Maintain accurate paperwork and follow dealership sales processes

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required (automotive sales preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. High-performing consultants regularly earn six figures.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn up to $180,000 per year.
