HIRING TWO Part-Time Servers

One Position: Saturday–Sunday | 6:30 AM–2:00 PM
One Position: Evenings | 3:30 PM-8 PM

Position Summary
Thrive Senior Living is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Server to join our dining team! Our servers play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with seniors, providing excellent customer service, and making every meal a pleasant experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet residents warmly and provide friendly, attentive table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist residents with menu selections and special requests.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas.
- Set and reset tables before and after meal services.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Communicate resident requests and concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow dining team members.
- Create a positive, engaging atmosphere for residents and their guests.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve seniors.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift dining supplies as needed.
