About the role

Recess Hotel and Club is seeking a warm, polished, and attentive Host for Club Recess, our exclusive members' lounge. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and elevated experience from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Club Recess, ensuring every member and guest feels recognized, valued, and genuinely welcomed. You will set the tone for an exceptional club experience by managing arrivals and delivering personalized hospitality with professionalism and grace. Your ability to anticipate needs, build rapport, and create meaningful connections will help foster the welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that makes Club Recess a destination for our members and guests.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.
• Anticipate and respond to member needs, providing personalized and attentive service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club environment.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and member inquiries.
• Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials
• Perform opening and closing duties and support daily club operations as needed.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Club Recess, fostering an exceptional atmosphere for members and their guests.
