Dental Assistant – Surgical & Restorative (EFDA Preferred) in Central Point, Oregon at Chiro First Alliance

Most dental offices treat teeth. We treat the whole person, with some of the most advanced surgical dentistry in Southern Oregon.

BioSmile Health is a biological, metal-free practice built around ceramic implants, bone and tissue grafting, laser dentistry, and full-arch reconstruction. We're looking for a dental assistant who loves both the pace of surgery and the precision of restorative work.

You might be our person if you:

• Light up during implant placement, grafting, PRF, and complex surgical and sedation cases
• Enjoy restorative work as much as surgery: bonded biomimetic restorations, crown preps, digital scans, and well-made temporaries
• Are calm, precise, and anticipatory chairside, so procedures run smoother because you're there
• Make patients feel safe before, during, and after treatment
• Take pride in sterilization, surgical setup, and doing things the right way
• Are curious about biological dentistry and the mouth-body connection

What you'll work with: ceramic and zirconia implant systems, PRF, Fotona Er:YAG laser, ozone, CBCT, and a fully digital workflow, alongside a skilled team focused excellence.

What you need:

• Oregon Certificate of Radiologic Proficiency
• Surgical assisting experience (implants, grafting, extractions) and restorative chairside experience
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers

A strong plus: Oregon EFDA certification, Oregon Anesthesia Dental Assistant certification, sedation case experience, and phlebotomy/IV experience. We pay for phlebotomy and anesthesia assistant certification.

The schedule: a weekday schedule that respects your life outside work, plus occasional Friday or Saturday surgical days, scheduled in advance and paid at a premium.

What we offer: $26–$32/hr. based on experience, a $1,500 signing bonus paid at 90 days, full benefits health, dental, PTO, CE allowance, and room to grow into a lead role as we open our Ashland location in 2027.
