Positions & Shifts

Hospital Security ($18.75/hour)

• Wednesday - Sunday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (40 hours per week)
• Wednesday - Friday 5:00 PM - 12:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (35 hours per week)
  

Active Patrol Officer ($18.00/hour)

• Thursday - Monday 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (40 hours per week)

Float Security Officer ($18.75/hour)

• Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (40 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (40 hours per week)

Location: Rochester, MN

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR
• Previous security experience is preferred

Job Duties:

Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. For the most part, youll be:

• Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites
• Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances
• Securing doors and windows
• Enforcing rules and regulations
• Responding to alarms

This Float/Flex Security Officer position is designed to provide coverage across multiple locations and assignments based on operational needs. The officer may be assigned to different sites, shifts, or posts as needed to assist with open shifts, call-offs, vacations, special coverage, and other staffing needs.This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a variety of environments. Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned location, and training will be provided for applicable posts.
