Description: HTI is seeking an experienced Multi-craft Maintenance Technician (2nd and 3rd Shifts) with an electrical equipment manufacturer in Waynesboro, GA. This position will be focused on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and maintenance projects. This position is 2nd or 3rd shift, with initial training on 1st shift. The pay range is $30 - $35/hr depending on experience, plus a shift premium.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; 5+ years preferred
• Independent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills through 480V
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, bearings, chains, or V-belts
• Basic fabrication or welding skills and ability to cover a shift independently
• PLC troubleshooting and equipment installation experience are a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and housekeeping habits

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Multi-craft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, completing preventive maintenance, and supporting expansion projects. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently while helping improve equipment reliability.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues on systems up to 480V
• Maintain conveyors, vacuum pumps, ovens, and related equipment
• Repair or replace bearings, chains, belts, and other components
• Complete preventive maintenance, corrective work, and breakdown repairs
• Perform basic fabrication and welding to support equipment repairs
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and commissioning
• Document repairs and follow site work order procedures
• Help improve proactive maintenance and share knowledge with teammates
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
