Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Services in Anadarko, Oklahoma at Ladgov Corporation

Schedule:

Part-time / as-needed. Services are generally performed during school hours, approximately Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Anticipated coverage is approximately 1–2 onsite days per week or in approved biweekly service blocks.

Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT / OTR/L) to provide school-based occupational therapy services to students at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma.

Requirements:

• Current active Occupational Therapist license in a U.S. jurisdiction.

• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Current BLS certification with an in-person skills assessment.

• Pediatric or school-based occupational therapy experience preferred.

• Knowledge of sensory integration, handwriting, assistive technology, and trauma-informed practices.

• Strong communication, documentation, and student-support skills.

• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and fingerprinting.

Duties:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct therapy services to eligible students.

• Support students with fine motor, sensory, handwriting, and functional school-related needs.

• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as required.

• Maintain accurate treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation.

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other educational professionals.

• Provide consultation and recommendations regarding assistive technology and classroom accommodations.

• Perform services primarily onsite at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
