Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide support for a multitude of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Executing account-specific marketing strategies, ensuring client success regarding program integration and overall performance, and guiding the direction of the program’s evolution. The responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator are primarily associated with operational task execution within a marketing product. Marketing campaign and content creation experience is welcome and encouraged but is not a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and CRM systems.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed.

• Monitor latest industry trends and innovation to inform direction for future strategies/plans

• Oversee consumer redemption prize orders and evaluate individual product's performance

• Improve upon existing operational practices to increase department efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
