Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee construction site, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety
Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures
Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents/ scope
Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders
Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed
Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals
Attend client meetings as needed
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Construction Project Manager
Exceptional Telephone Skills
Customer Service Attitude
Proficient with Windows based computers
Solid Written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Etc.) and Microsoft Project
NYC Construction Superintendent License is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems
