Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Day Shift with future transition to Evening Shift)
Location: Chambersburg, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Night shift coming soon as we grow!)

We’re currently adding to our maintenance team at our Gibble’s facility in Chambersburg, and we’re seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, keep our machines running strong, and help launch our expanding night shift operations in the near future.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to support continuous production. You'll play a vital role in minimizing downtime and keeping our operations safe and efficient. If you’re a hands-on, technically savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams, manuals, and specs
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily goals (This is a hands-on role, where employees work as a team!)
Log work performed and keep maintenance records up to date
Fabricate or modify parts using machine shop tools
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety procedures
Support upcoming transition to night shift operations
Experience in industrial equipment maintenance (food manufacturing a plus!)
Strong technical understanding and ability to read blueprints/schematics
Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
