About This Position
At First Steps Preschools, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment where children can grow, learn, and develop to their fullest potential. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals interested in joining our teaching team for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that promote developmental skills.
Collaborate with other team members to create an engaging learning experience.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Observe and assess children's development and communicate progress with families.
Qualifications & Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus) is needed.
Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with young children and helping them succeed.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
