While we currently focus primarily on the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industry, we are exploring and developing additional applications of our solutions to broader problems within healthcare, finance, and beyond.
Position Summary: The Revenue Enablement Director is responsible for driving revenue growth by optimizing and managing sales and document production processes, thinking analytically about business problems, producing and reviewing statements of work and business proposals, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Revenue Enablement Director has a view of the entire sales process, from forecasting to contract signing and renewals, and ensures that all processes along that continuum are optimized. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who is data-driven, process-oriented, experienced in revenue enablement, and knowledgeable about SaaS sales processes and pricing strategies.
Job Duties:
Reporting & Process Improvement
Continually assess the current state of sales and marketing processes through quantitative and qualitative methods to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices for revenue operations.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics. Monitor trends and provide actionable insights.
Pricing Strategy and Analysis
Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability. Ensure relevant internal stakeholders understand and are aligned on the pricing model.
Conduct in-depth pricing analysis, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer value analysis, and adjust the pricing approach as needed.
Work with Product and Sales to define pricing for new products.
Contract Administration
Maintain contract templates including order forms, proposals, MSAs, and BAAs. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to make updates as needed.
Own the contract creation process, ensuring that contracts are drafted to match Sales team specifications. Solicit and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders including Sales, Client Success, and Finance.
Track contract approvals and signing by internal and external parties.
Monitor contract expiration dates and ensure renewals are addressed in a timely manner.
Technology Management
Serve as the administrator of Hubspot, working with users to establish and enforce best practices to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
Ensure seamless integration between Hubspot and other revenue-related systems.
Lead technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within revenue operations, and own any additional tools that are utilized to streamline relevant processes (e.g. contract management)..
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sales/revenue roles in the SaaS industry.
4+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations/enablement roles in the SaaS industry.
Expertise in SaaS pricing strategies and contracting.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and other revenue-related tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
MBA or MPP
Experience in revenue/sales operations/enablement for the healthcare industry.
