At SAA, we are building a community for creators with the help of creators. We are looking for professional Front of House staff for our membership club and our events. We are passionate about the art of hospitality to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an individual knowledgeable about various styles and cuisines. You should pride yourself on flawless execution, providing exceptional table service, and maintaining table appearance. All applicants must have experience working in a delicate, elevated dining environment.

154 Scott is a multifaceted destination that creates space for our everyday lives. Its raw minimalist architecture and pragmatic design set the tone for an environment to work, create, exercise, nourish, connect, and escape. 154 Scott is a private membership club where an inclusive spirit orients exclusive access. 30,000 sq. ft of facilities, comprised of workspaces, art studios, recording studios, conference rooms, private bars and a restaurant, a Wellness Spa & Gym, a pool, and a rooftop deck. A consciously cultivated community connecting people of different ages, backgrounds, professions, and identities.

Responsibilities:

  • Host the guests’ complete dining experience
  • Retrieve and input F&B orders accurately
  • Ensure proper table maintenance, including mise-en-place
  • Ensure payment is completed for each guest
  • Acknowledge and complete special requests
  • Lead assigned back server throughout service
  • Maintain professional and consistent communication with leadership
  • Support business in all areas of 154 space as needed
  • Participate in executing on-site events as needed
  • Complete assigned side work
  • Responsible for knowing the full menu, including the full wine list
  • Familiar with the industry's best practices, including the Department of Health standards

Requirements:

  • Must have Prior fine-dining experience and banquet service (3+ years required)
  • Energetic and team-oriented
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and beverage pairings
  • Extensive knowledge of beer and liquor
  • Knowledge about a variety of cuisines

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($16.50 - $20.00)
