Host – The Ice Plant
The host is the first point of contact for guests and sets the tone for their dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, maintaining an organized floor plan, and communicating effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional hospitality.
