Casual Guest Services Coordinator in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota at Emergency Physicians Professional Association

The Urgency Room is looking to hire a casual Guest Coordinator with reliable transportation. We are looking for people who are tech-savvy, customer service focused, and reliable to join our Team! The Guest Coordinator acts as the first point of contact between patients and guests of the Urgency Room and makes patients and guests feel welcome and valued. The position uses practical judgment for initial triage and accurately registers patients for care (collects vital demographic information, verifies insurance coverage, or collects applicable co-payments). They support the initial rooming of patients and support front desk reception administrative tasks.

Schedule:

Casual employees are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per month and 2 holidays per year. Casual shifts include 7am-12pm, 11:45am-4:45pm, & 4:30pm-8:30pm as well as 7:30am-3:30pm & 2:30pm-10:30pm.

Locations: Eagan, Vadnais Heights, or Woodbury
