• Be the friendly and professional point of contact for all overnight calls and visitors
• Handle administrative tasks and assist with communication between residents and staff
• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment, even in the quiet hours
• Maintain confidentiality, manage concerns, and uphold the integrity of the front desk
• Represent Parkshore with pride, professionalism, and care

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience (senior living or hospitality preferred)
• Ability to manage interruptions and juggle multiple priorities in a visible role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Dependable, calm, and professional — especially at night
