The Practice Manager of Cardiology is responsible for assisting the Director in the management, planning, organizing and improvement of the work processes of Cardiology Services and any other areas within the organization as instructed. Performs department orientation, teaches, coaches, and supervises staff including performance management. The practice manager serves as the primary liaison between Administration and the clinic providers and staff. Ensures the organizations vision, mission, and ASPIRE values are understood and adhered to. Assists in the development of policies and procedures to comply with Shannon standards and Board of Nursing.
